Delivery Time
• Digital products (online courses, coaching sessions, e-books) are delivered immediately after payment, via email or account access.
• Physical products (essential oils, prints, jewelry) are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.
• All orders are carefully packed and shipped in a protective envelope or box.
Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL.
- Netherlands: Free shipping from €100. For orders below €100, we charge €5.95 shipping and handling fees.
- EU countries: Free shipping from €150. For orders below € 15.00, we charge a €9.95 shipping and handling fee.
- Registered/trackable shipping available for an extra €5.50 (NL) / €7.50 (EU). Recommended for orders above €50.
- For shipping to other countries, please get in touch with us in advance.
Returns & Replacements
• You can return physical items within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
• Digital products (online courses, e-books, downloads) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Payment Methods
• You can pay securely via Mollie (iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, SEPA).
• Bank transfer is also available; bank details will be included in your order confirmation.
• Always mention your order number when making a transfer.
